As your PT I need you to be commited to the following;

  • 2 x 45 minutes PT sessions with me.
  • 2 x 30 minutes exercise sessions by yourself. Video assisted.
  • a 3 meals a day diet plan that will give you the right energy and recovery.

Now that's not much to ask!
